Services

Five settings. One team. Built around your family.

Most of our families combine two or three of these. We'll help you figure out the mix that fits your week, your child, and your goals.

Service 01

In-home ABA

Therapy where life actually happens.

Mealtimes, transitions, sibling play, getting out the door. The skills your child works on at home tend to stick — because they're tied to the routines that already shape your day.

  • 10–25 hours/week, scheduled around school and your family
  • RBTs run sessions; a BCBA is on every case
  • Caregiver coaching woven into every session
  • Bring your child's actual environment into the work
Service 02

In-clinic ABA

A space designed for skill building and small group play.

Our clinic spaces look more like a great preschool than a hospital. Sensory rooms, quiet corners, structured tables, peer interaction. Best for kids who benefit from focused environments or peer practice.

  • Half-day and full-day programming
  • Built-in peer social opportunities
  • School-readiness blocks for pre-K and K transitions
  • Optional combined home + clinic plans
Service 03

Telehealth & parent coaching

When in-person isn't possible, the work doesn't stop.

Live virtual sessions with your BCBA — for caregiver coaching, sibling sessions, school check-ins, and skill maintenance during travel or illness. Often used alongside in-home work.

  • 30–60 minute sessions, evenings available
  • Recorded with your consent for review
  • Great for rural families or busy weeks
  • Bilingual coaching available
Service 04

School consultation

We collaborate, not override.

We partner with your child's IEP team, classroom teacher, and aide so the strategies that work at home transfer to school — and vice versa.

  • IEP and 504 meeting attendance
  • Classroom observation and FBA support
  • Teacher coaching and visual support design
  • Direct line between school staff and your BCBA
Service 05

Parent training program

You're already the most important therapist in the room.

A 12-week structured program for caregivers, with weekly meetings, take-home practice, and small-group cohorts. Available standalone or alongside direct services.

  • Weekly 60-minute sessions
  • Cohorts of 4–6 families
  • Workbook and video library included
  • Sliding-scale pricing available
Not sure where to start?

We'll figure it out together.

On your free intake call, your BCBA will recommend a starting mix — and tell you, honestly, if we're not the right practice for your child.
